Vendor Information:

Booths:

----Size: approximately 9'x12' but can be adjusted to fit your needs.

----Rent: approximately 75-cents per sq/ft, with a $25/mo minimum rental charge.

----Commission: is 10%.

Most booths are located against a wall and include peg board and an electrical outlet. There is no additional charge to be against the wall, but vendors are responsible for any hardware or extension cords needed. Pegboard may be painted. Walls may not.

All booths are on the first floor and a ramp is available for loading/ unloading - no steps to contend with. The ramp is also protected from rain, so no loading/ unloading in the rain.

The front room is a community area with a monthly or seasonal theme. Items matching the theme are selected from each vendor to be included in the front room. There is no additional charge for displaying items in the theme area, but the store owners have final say as to what is displayed.
